Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy

At Pawna Lake Camping, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent experience for our guests. Please carefully review the following policy to understand our cancellation and refund terms.

 


 

Cancellation and Refund Terms

  1. No Refund or Cancellation on the Day of Booking:
    Once your booking is confirmed, refunds or cancellations cannot be processed on the day of booking itself. Please plan accordingly.

  2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Guidelines:

    • Guests may reschedule or cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the check-in time.
    • Rescheduling is subject to campsite availability and may involve additional charges.
    • Cancellations or changes requested within 24 hours of check-in are not allowed and will not be eligible for refunds.
  3. Upon Arrival Policy:
    Once you have checked in at the campsite, no changes, rescheduling, or refunds will be entertained. This includes alterations to stay duration or campsite preferences.

  4. Damage Responsibility:
    Guests are required to maintain campsite property with care. Any damage caused to the property or facilities will be charged to the individual responsible.


 

Refund and Change Policy Based on Timelines

  • More than 24 Hours Before Check-In:
    Guests can reschedule their stay or make changes to the booking. Refunds are not provided for cancellations, but rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.

  • Within 24 Hours of Check-In:
    No refunds, changes, or rescheduling will be permitted.

  • On Arrival:
    Once you arrive at the campsite, all bookings are final, and no refunds or adjustments can be made.
